Payment and delivery
We accept orders on working days (Mon-Fri) from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Kyiv time.
If you are outside Ukraine and want to buy our products, you can place and pay an order in our website. Wayforpay, Western bit, Monobank payment systems are used for payment. Available payment methods: VISA, MASTERCARD, GPay, ApplePay, PayPal.
If for some reason the online payment is not successful and you are a registered user, you can find a link to pay for your Wayforpay or Monobank order in your personal account, in the "Order History" section. If you are a guest, please use "Guest Order Tracking".
The order is completed in ~ 5 days (if you have individual sizes or a large order, the time may be longer) and is sent on the following Thursday.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY is carried out by:
Ukrposhta delivery service (delivery time ~ 2-6 weeks depending on the region).
EMS (delivery time ~ 10 days depending on the region)
Nova Global express shipping (delivery time ~ up to 16 days depending on the region)
The cost of delivery is calculated and added to the invoice automatically.
For some countries for international shipping delivery is not calculated and you can see "at delivery service rates". In this case, on the site at first you currently pay the cost of the items, excluding shipping. The delivery invoice will be issued additionalle after packing and control weighing. (Also, if you are planning such delivery, you can write to us in advance, we will enable the delivery calculation for your country.)
The parcel is declared for the full value.
*Tax not included, your country tax may be charged upon receipt. We advise you to clarify the tax rules of your country before placing an order.
Delivery is carried out to the address that you specify when placing an order. If you need to change the place of delivery, please inform our manager when confirming the order.
